A Brief Intro to The New Features

You can now conveniently tag a customer session for better reference. Tagging a conversation will assist with getting information on recurring customer inquiries and provide a quick response in the future.
Now you can get aggregate reports on sessions and chats for a selected time. You can also get aggregate reports per agent based on sessions and discussions. Great for supervisors to analyze the performance of their agents.
We’ve separated currently active conversations from older inactive talks. We’ve also added icons to show you which channel a customer messaged on.
A lot more fixes to improve the performance of the interface, automated message refresh, desktop, and mobile app notifications, and support for emojis.
