This month we invited an expert physiotherapist from Saifee Hospital who took the team through the importance of ergonomics, how to avoid work-related musculoskeletal disorders, and the best posture to set up while working.
The key takeaway from the training was we all needed to work on our posture while working and organizing our workspaces to increase productivity and enhance long-term well-being and comfort.
