Here is a quick walk through video to show you how to manage contacts

  1. To add new contact(s) go to the main menu on your dashboard and click on “Contacts”

  2. Select “Manage Contacts” from the drop down menu

  3. Next, click on the “Add Contact” button

  4. Fill in the boxes with information details of the new contact i.e. mobile number (type in the numbers in the format 255782… i.e. include the country prefix for better results), first name, last name, date of birth, country, gender, other mobile number, email, city, area etc.

  5. When you’re done, click the “Save” button

  6. You will receive a notification “Contact was saved successfully”

  7. Your new added contact will be saved in the “Default Group” by default. To add other contacts, refresh your dashboard and follow the same steps
