How to add New Phone Book on Beem Engage International Platform

PHONE BOOK – On this tab, you can manage contacts, add new contact, create and edit phone book. To add new phone book, follow the steps below;

1. Click on “Phone books” on the top menu
2. Click on “Add New”  text highlighted in blue color.
3. Next, fill in the required fields to create phone book i.e. fill in the name type of the phone book.
4. Next, select the type of phone book.
5. Once you’re done click the “Create” button.
6. To edit phone book, fill in the required fields with the updated information and click the “Send” button.
