How To Manage Credit Schemes

Here is a quick walk through video to show you how to manage credit schemes.

Credit schemes allow a reseller to set their own pricing tiers for SMS for their clients. These rates would be visible to the sub account. To create credit schemes, follow these steps;

  1. Go to ‘Reseller’ on the main menu of your dashboard
  2. Select ‘Credit Scheme” on the drop down menu
  3. Click on the ‘+Add New” button
  4. Name your credit scheme by filling in the “Scheme Name’ box
  5. To set the created credit scheme as your “Default Scheme” click the tick box
  6. Fill in the boxes to indicate credit range
  7. Click the (+) to add the created credit range. Continue the same for all credit ranges
  8. When done, click the “Create’ button
  9. You will get a notification “Credit scheme was created successfully”
  10. Created credit scheme will be added in the list of credit schemes

Editing Credit Schemes

  1. Go to “Reseller’ on the main menu of your dashboard
  2. Select “Credit Scheme” on the drop down menu
  3. Select the credit scheme you want to edit from the list and click the “Edit’ icon
  4. Update your credit scheme
  5. When done, click the “Update” button
  6. You will receive a notification “Credit scheme was updates successfully”
