How To Manage Credits For A Sub-Account

To manage purchase request for specific client, see below steps:
- Go to “Reseller” on the main menu dashboard
- Select ” Manage Clients” on the drop down menu
- Select the client you want to add SMS credit and click the (+) icon under the “credits” column
- Fill in the “Add Credit to Sub-Account” box with the credit requested, the rate and indicate the purchase status (allocated, pending or rejected) and payment status (paid, not paid, partially paid etc)
- When done, click the “Save” button
- You will receive a notification ” Credits added successfully”
- The sub-account credit balance will be updated and shown on their account as shown above under the “credits” column
- Proceed to do the same for other sub-accounts whenever they make a purchase from their account.
