How To Manage Credits For A Sub-Account

To manage purchase request for specific client, see below steps:

  1. Go to “Reseller” on the main menu dashboard
  2. Select ” Manage Clients” on the drop down menu
  3. Select the client you want to add SMS credit and click the (+) icon under the “credits” column
  4. Fill in the “Add Credit to Sub-Account” box with the credit requested, the rate and indicate the purchase status (allocated, pending or rejected) and payment status (paid, not paid, partially paid etc)
  5. When done, click the “Save” button
  6. You will receive a notification ” Credits added successfully”
  7. The sub-account credit balance will be updated and shown on their account as shown above under the “credits” column
  8. Proceed to do the same for other sub-accounts whenever they make a purchase from their account.
