  1. Click on “Reports” on the menu tab on your dashboard
  2. Click on “Received” from the multiple options available on the sub menu
  3. Select the duration of the report from the list of options available in the “Filter Box” i.e. by day per month, month only or by month per year, select the Records limit, the start and end date, sender and destination
  4. Click the “Export” button to download the report
  5. Click the “Filter’ button to see an overview of the report
