Do you offer a trial period?

Yes, we do. Please get in touch with us to setup a free 30 day trial of our platform.

What is a chat session?

Every time a user initiates a chat message, it counts as one session. A session remains active for 24 hours after the last message was exchanged on the session. You can send as many messages as needed during one chat session.

Can I get a demo?

What channels does the platform support?

We currently support WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram messages. More channels such as Telegram, Twitter, Viber and WeChat are available for custom implementation on the Enterprise Bundle.

What is the minimum contract period?

We offer our bundles on a monthly or annual contract. Annual contracts are offered at a discount.

Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly bundles can be cancelled at the end of the contract month. Annual contracts commitments can be cancelled at the end of the annual contract period.

How long does it take to setup?

The setup generally takes about 1 week if the prerequisites are met, such as Facebook Business Manager Account & WhatApp Business Verification.

Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?

Yes, you can use your existing WhatsApp number on our platform. However, please note that when moving the number to our platform, all historical messages on your existing WhatsApp will be lost.

What happens to my number if I discontinue my subscription?

You can continue using your WhatsApp number by deactivating your number on our platform and reactivate it on your device.

Can I customise my Chat Bot?

What is not included in the bundles?

The Moja App and SMS are included in every bundle. Other applications are available for use per standard pricing and billing.

Is there a mobile version for Moja?
